Merger of AS Trigon Property Development and OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara

On 21 July 2016, AS Trigon Property Development and its 100% subsidiary OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara (hereinafter VNK) executed a merger agreement. According to the merger agreement the entire property of OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara, including rights and obligations, will transfer to AS Trigon Property Development and OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara is considered to be ended upon the entry of the merger to the commercial register.
