In accordance with the information published by Pärnu City Council on 27.09.2014 AS Trigon Property Development announces that Pärnu city council validated with its resolution no. 74 dated 18.09.2014 the detail plan for Niidu str 9, 9a and 11 land plots belonging to OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara, the subsidiary of AS Trigon Property Development.
According to the
detail plan the land plot of Niidu str 9 was divided into three separate plots.
The new size of the first Niidu str 9 plot (Pos 2) is 34 333 m2. The plot
may be built with four buildings with 17 000 m2 being the maximum allowed
area occupied by construction. The intended purpose of the plot was designated
up to 80% for commercial, service and warehouse buildings and up to 20% for
production buildings. The intended purpose for the second plot to be formed
from Niidu str 9 land plot with the size of 996 m2 (Pos 4) was designed for thermal
energy production. The plot may be built with one building with 300 m2 being the
maximum allowed area occupied with construction. The intended purpose of the
third Niidu str 9 land plot with the size of 6006 m2 was designated for gas
filling station. The second and third land plots (Pos 3 and 4) have been sold
to third persons by OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara.
To the land plot of
Niidu str 11 (Pos 1) the detail plan set forth two commercial production
buildings with 4000 m2 being the maximum allowed area occupied with
construction. The intended purpose of the plot was designated up to 80% for
commercial, service and warehouse buildings and up to 20% for production
buildings. Warehousing, various big scale distribution centres and related
commercial sales activities and production are the allowed activities on the
land plot of Niidu str 11. No commercial stores and shopping centres
accommodating retail grocery stores may be built on the land plot.
The intended purpose of
land plot Niidu str 9a (Pos 5) with the size of 64 m2 was designated to
buildings meant for transmission of electricity.
The sizes of Niidu 9a and 11 land plots were not changed with the detail plan.
