AS Trigon Property Development specializes in property development with a primary focus on the Baltic region. Established on September 19, 2007, following the division of AS Viisnurk, the company has built its expertise in developing strategic real estate projects in Central and Eastern Europe.
Currently, AS Trigon Property Development manages a 12.8 hectare property in the Niidu area of Pärnu, Estonia. This project is designed to support the development of commercial properties tailored for logistics, warehousing and light industrial use, contributing to the region’s economic growth and business infrastructure.
The company is committed to creating high-quality, functional spaces that meet the needs of modern industries and promote sustainable development.

The members of the audit committee have been appointed for an indefinite period.
